Please Please do not fall victim as I did
I purchased a 2017 F150 2months ago.
I put 4,000 down on truck.
Within 2 weeks I had to replace 2 cam sensors which cost $ 500 out of pocket.
Six weeks later I had to have truck towed to mechanic with truck overheating.
Called and talked to Austim and he said I'm so sorry BUT there's nothing I can do.

I now have a vehicle financed with a blown engine.$5,000.00 I to the vehicle and I'm told by my mechanic that it's a blown engine and I'm looking at $10,000 to replace it with zero warranty on this costly repair..
Please please to all considering a vehicle at Big Time Auto DO NOT DO IT....

Bought a golf Cart from David and I am extremely happy doing so. David was very professional and fair with price. David delivered the golf cart to my house, which is 50 miles away from him, free of charge.

I had a small issue with the golf cart and he came next day (no questions asked) to take care of it. I can’t get this kind of service from people that are 1 mile away from me.

My boyfriend and I purchased this car on may 12,2023 and the next day we were back too the shop because lights in the dashboard were coming on and then the transmission went out of the less they 7 days took it too the shop too be fixed and got a call saying we where sold a lemon not only was the transmission gone so was the engine then they give me this warranty that don’t even cover much so I called up there too try and compromise and ask them can they put me in something else and the owner told me no and they want even give me my money back and I no longer have the vehicle so do not buy a car from them they are rip offs.

My husband and I visited Big Time Auto in search of a work truck. As we arrived we were greeted by Austin, who was eager to help us. He allowed us to test drive the truck we were interested in and then forwarded us to complete the application. After completing the application, Austin promptly contacted us with a purchase deal. He was very courteous and professional. We recommend Big Time Auto to all.
