The unit powers on normally, touchscreen works, feeds paper, copies, scans, and prints reports — but all pages come out blank. This machine still has the original HP “setup” ink cartridges, which means it was used very little. I ran Stage 1 and Stage 2 printhead cleanings, but it still prints blank.
