Custom Epiphone Project Guitar

This is a custom project guitar. The body is from an Epiphone SL / Melody Maker model, and the neck was purchased separately. The neck appears to be a single piece of mahogany, and the fingerboard looks like rosewood (though I can’t confirm with certainty). It’s equipped with Artec alnico V humbuckers, each wired to a push/pull tone pot for coil splitting. The pickup cavity is fully shielded with graphite shielding paint to reduce noise. Both the wraparound bridge and the nut are made of brass. The pickguard is hand-made from thin plywood and finished with Tru-Oil. The guitar plays smoothly, with no sharp fret ends or dead spots. Was recently setup as well from my local luthier.
