Really unfortunate.  They have great prices online and my experience was positive until it came to the negotiating.  Just beware that they add on a $2,000 anti-theft fee (which is completely unnecessary for teslas or any car with cameras).  It is apparently not removable and the online price is not the real price.  If they removed this fee, I would have been happy to purchase the vehicle and leave a 5 star review.

Went here to see look at a used Tesla after seeing their ads pretty much everywhere online.  Looking at their lot, they have many. Salesman was polite, helpful, and even honest, but a few things stood out right away.  He said dealer policy requires that I purchase their anti-theft add-on for $2000.  That's illegal, period, but I figured I would negotiate that later.

We found a car that matched my requests and went outside to look at it.  While looking at the other cars I noticed, almost every one had curb rash and missing center caps on the wheels. Not sure what's up with that.

This particular car had left rear damage in the Carfax, and although it had been repaired the paint repair looked horrible.  Looked like body filler that had been applied by a cheap landlord, not even sanded smooth.  But the kicker, I decided to open the trunk to look inside and found it was out of alignment and now wouldn't close. Not sure who quality checked this car after being repaired, but it certainly sent up huge red flags and I decided this is probably the norm for them.  The 2.7 star rating seems to reflect that.

If you want something cheap, regardless of issues down the road, this is probably your place. But I'm not that desperate.

When people are on your lot looking at cars it would be nice IF you had salesmen available to greet them. Not only was my son not able to find a sales associate but someone else looking to buy a car thought my son worked there. This place is a joke, we will take our business elsewhere where it can and will be appreciated. He called your phone number and only was able to have AI available, this is just sad that you can go to so many other places and they flock to you so quickly. This place was like a Ghost Town.

This is one main reason why car dealerships get such a bad reputation. I’m pretty sure there are some honest salesperson/staff members at Premium but had a horrible experience today.
Found a car on their website, confirmed and reconfirmed if the vehicle was onsite (driving 90min)…dealership communicated  vehicle and details of the car was available and accurate.

Arrived at the dealership, only to be told the vehicle was sold last year, but “similar vehicles were available”.  Also price was incorrect inaccurate. (Ex: original price was $22,998, dealer rebate was $2000,making the vehicle price $20,998),,,,only to be told again, the dealership has a mandatory theft protection on all vehicle sales for $2000….making the final price $22,998)

Ended up leaving right away after wasting a 90+min drive.

Would have likely purchased the vehicle if they were honest up front but not doing business with bait &switch shady car dealerships.

Save yourself the time, the hassle.

Buyer beware: they add an additional $2,000 on top of every car for an “anti theft” device they allegedly put in every car. I was very clear that I would purchase a car I liked had they removed that additional $2k for something I didn’t ask for otherwise I had no intention of buying a car from them. I walked and they had the audacity to call me back with THE SAME OFFER and see if I had “Thought it through”. I purchased a new car a week later at another dealership that doesn’t use this shady tactic with better interest rate (using the same credit score I have) and better financing. I even did the math on the car I wanted and said I’d take the car with around $250 a month payments and the the guy came back saying “we got it in your price range” and showed me $400 payments that couldn’t be reduced primarily because of the extra $2k they were tacking on. Poor business model, should just include this cost in online listings if it’s “mandatory” at their dealership. Should have listened to other reviews on here and not wasted my time here.
