I’m not sure how we going to make this happen but I don’t need the car anymore and would like my money back, I’ve been patiently waiting for updates, the manager reads my messages and don’t respond and each time the day to get the car, it keeps getting pushed back. I have monthly of $350 coming up and the insurance doesn’t even have the registration information they need and that’s $228 coming up. It doesn’t make sense to pay these bills for something that didn’t even last a week in my possession.

I told you guys multiple issues about the car immediately after including warning lights that were supposed to “go away” and didn’t and starting problems. I got multiple explanations about the issue, including the battery, starter, engine belt, and filters.

I need a copy of all of my documents that I signed and the diagnostic paperwork because I was told the car was fine when in reality it’s not and I’m not even sure what’s being worked on because everybody had a different explanation as to why the car wasn’t starting

If the vehicle cannot be returned in proper working condition, I would like to discuss canceling any and all transactions and receiving a refund of my down payment.

Cy Marseille gave my car to another dealership without my consent to satisfy her own debt. I never authorized this, signed nothing, and was not properly informed.
My property was used as leverage for someone else's financial obligation.

This is beyond unprofessional.  It caused serious stress and financial damage.

DO NOT TRUST this dealership with your vehicle.

Cydney was great. She did everything in her power to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted.

Found several issues after paying full price, they promissed to fix it but never did and stopped responding.
Lost about $1,000 so far and still have one issue for about $150. Avoid the scammers!
