Excellent Dealership! I bought a bronco 2 months ago at another dealer and need some warranty work done nearby that I knew would be costly otherwise. Not only did they get me in the next day, Jes took care of me the through the whole process.  She kept me updated and got everything covered under warranty. In by 8 out by 12. Other dealerships wouldn't even return my calls or emails. I can't believe I didn't need to contest the hardtop defects which are known, but time consuming. I'd definitely use this dealer again and will definitely return for all of my service and future Ford purchases. I just wish they had medium shirts for sale.

Danielle and Dimitri serviced my rare ford focus 2018 for an engine recall. They were fast, efficient, respectful and cared about customer experience. The did some of the work for free when applicable and offered guaranteed customer satisfaction. They waited for us to make ultimate expensive decisions with no pressure. My family considers them to be essential to our local society. We also learned a lot about modern car maintenance and market trends.

Offered 2,000 on a 9,000 fair value car. Total rip off. They clearly don’t know how to value vehicles correctly. I offered my 2001 Mustang GT with only 51,000 miles, I was told 2,000-3,000 is the fair value for the car Is a flat out lie. You can't find one with that milage and in excellent condition for anything under 10,000 If they wanted to buy one for 2,000-3,000 There is plenty out there. But why they don't as they know those are not worth it.  Not even to mention that What I have there was only 917 ever built in my color with the Spring feature package.
To sum it up, AutoNation Ford Bellevue doesn't know how to value your car correctly, so I'd advise anyone that thinks about trading/selling their car to really know their value of their car to not get scammed by this shady dealership.
