Beautiful matching pair of vintage Louis XVI–style armchairs, believed to be Casa Stradivari Model #6070. The underside of the chairs is marked 6070, and period design publications from 1989 document Casa Stradivari’s #6070 Louis XVI gold-leaf armchair. These chairs feature a gold-tone wood finish with contrasting dark accents, carved decorative details, brass-tone nailhead trim, upholstered seats and backs, tapered legs, and traditional spring construction. Condition: Vintage/pre-owned condition with age-related wear. The upholstery has staining, discoloration, surface cracking/crazing, and one seat has a darker area from recent cleaning. The wood finish also has some scratches and wear. Please see photos for exact condition. Sold as-is and would be beautiful professionally cleaned/restored or reupholstered. (OPEN TO OFFERS)
