Both pieces are comfortable, clean, and in overall good condition. The recliners are manual and operate with a pull latch, allowing you to fully recline and relax. Condition: ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Reclining Sofa with Drop-Down Table: One reclining side has a broken wood support/frame in the back, causing that side to lean slightly when the sofa is pulled away from the wall. It still reclines and can be used, but the frame issue should be repaired. Gliding Reclining Loveseat with Center Console: Everything works as it should. There is some minor thread/seam separation in a few areas, but it does not affect the comfort or functionality.
