Buying a car here was a circus from start to finish. Every salesperson I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and painfully unprofessional. Basic questions were met with attitude, misinformation, or outright lies. One salesperson was more interested in showing me texts from a stripper than doing his job, which pretty much set the tone for the entire place.

I was lied to multiple times about the car’s condition and price, then told I was wrong when I pointed out the inconsistencies. The vehicle listed online wasn’t even the same one they tried to sell me, and the actual mileage was over 40,000 miles higher than advertised. They refused to negotiate, tried pushing me toward cars I didn’t want, and initially told me I wasn’t allowed to test-drive the car I came for.

After the purchase, communication completely fell apart. Getting updates on the vehicle’s status or when it would be ready was like pulling teeth. I was also told I couldn’t pick up my own car from the body shop “for insurance reasons,” which sounded questionable then and sounds even more questionable now.

I now have the car—and the bodywork is poor quality. Panel alignment is off, the work is obvious, and I still haven’t been provided a work order for any of the repairs that were supposedly done. No Carfax was provided either.

To top it off, the car has a check engine light. I suspected it was there from the beginning, despite being told repeatedly that it didn’t have one. Turns out that suspicion was correct.

The only reason this sale happened is because the car sold itself despite the dealership’s incompetence. If this dealership has any standards at all, they seriously need to rethink who they hire and how they do business.

Just copped a BMW M2 and had the absolute best experience with Yusuf. From start to finish, the guy was on point  chill, knowledgeable, and straight-up honest. None of that pushy sales stuff. Just good vibes, real talk, and a serious passion for cars.

This place is a scam becareful  they sold me a2015 GMC white 4D 4wd for 27k wzy to high they never gave me carfax the truck was all rusted on rocker panels when I was washing the truck was falling a part under it was make up they make up the truck carpets were painted and today 8/23/2025:I see the same truck they cover the rust again to get someone else.. v
Be careful with Jason he say everything was approved and a month  later wasn't and they took the truck .. thank to God because  that truck was junk also two people fall on front and he was making fun of it I would never recommend thos Place.. they will  sale you a savage for a new .. be careful ful ..

PLEASE TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU!!!! This place sells junk cars and rips people off! They sold us a car with a missing tuner so it wouldn't shift properly and we had to buy a $650 tuner to fix it.
They also sold it to us with four rusted wheel studs and missing lug nuts. Those all had to be replaced.
The battery died within a week. The backseats were/like somebody ripped out a stereo system.
And to top it all off.
The radio wasn't working which they were supposed to fix and we've been waiting for over a month! They ordered the wrong one, and now they want to install a scratched used radio!!! It's been one issue after the other with these scam artists. Go to HGREG to buy a used car.

I purchased a BMW from here and I must say I’ve never had such a simple process. They’re very communicative. Ivette Is awesome! I called it after I bought the car with some very minor issues that they didn’t even have to fix, but they went out of their way to make sure everything got taken care of! Best place I’ve ever purchased from hands-down!
