We talked several times over the phone to make sure my time in the show room was as efficient as possible. I traveled a long way to get the deal done and although not all my paperwork was ready when I arrived (my fault) they were super helpful getting all issues resolved quickly. This will be my first Ram Truck in more than 20 years and well worth the Trip to Delray to buy from Matt, Kevin and the Schumacher team!

I recently purchased a RAM 1500, and overall, it was a great experience. The entire team was professional and helpful, and my sales person, Alex, was absolutely awesome—one of the best I’ve worked with. Everything about the process went smoothly, and I really do love the truck.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is one important issue: at no point during the buying process was I informed that the vehicle comes with a speed limiter. When you’re spending close to $80,000 on a truck, that’s something you absolutely have the right to know upfront, as it directly affects the driving experience.

I was later told that the limiter could be removed, but only at the cost of losing the powertrain warranty—which is simply not an option for a brand new vehicle.

That said, I’m still very happy with my purchase. I just want to make future buyers aware so they can ask the right questions before finalizing their decision.
