As a buyer coming from 500 miles away in San Jose, the experience and honesty and support from Zach and his dealership team was PHENOMENAL. Those 1 star reviews are not only outdated, but not even in the same world of great service Zach provides now. I bought a used car from him which was not inly as described perfectly, but even when we facetimed to verify everything.  The numbers were not altered there were no hidden fees or hassle, and he answered my myriad of questions!

He even worked out the deal to help me out and provided beyond expectations.

This would my 13th car purchase in my life and I have never been more satisfied with a purchase. Zach is one of the most down to earth sales people I have ever met. You'll get exactly what you put out, come in with reason and understanding you'll get some of the best customer service around. Come in with entitlement and being unreasonable you'll probably want to go somewhere else. Flew in from Arizona to pick up a car that was exactly as advertised.

This place is a gem in Hermosa! The team sets the standard for expertise, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Zach, in particular, is phenomenal. His transparency, patience, and genuine care made the process seamless. As someone older with plenty of car-buying experience, I asked a lot of questions—some probably silly—and Zach answered each with respect and composure, never making me feel rushed.

My wife, who’s tough to impress with customer service, was so delighted with Zach’s attentiveness that she wanted to buy a car just because of how well he treated us. He truly puts customers first.

The entire team operates with honesty and integrity. Brad, another manager, is down-to-earth and resolved a minor listing discrepancy with professionalism. This was a car buying experience like I've never had before. I found the 2012 BMW 335i with manual transmission, sport package, RWD, and 4 doors here. I was looking for a long time.

I contacted them through autotrader.com or cargurus.com and Zack got in touch almost immediately. He answered a lot of questions I had. I answered a lot his about my trade-in, too.

I live in San Diego. After is been taking with Zach for days, I lined up a test drive on a Saturday morning. He told me there was a local person very interested, but that he'd hold it for me so i could at least drive it. The evening before the test drive, Zach told me to cancel the drive up. His mechanic was over it once more before I drove it and found the alternator needed to be replaced. I was upset i couldn't see it, but very relieved that they were replacing it themselves before I took ownership. My you, we'd already worked out specifics of price, trade-in value, financing, money down, everything.

So I got there to do the test drive and few days later and I took a short test drive and all seemed ok. We did the paperwork and I drove it one block down and stopped in a parking lot to get my phone synced and all, and the car stayed misfiring, shaking and stalled. I restarted it and the same happened again. I got it to limp back to their lot and Vic (the mechanic) started troubleshooting. He had to take it to a partner's garage with the right equipment. Not long later, he walked me around the corner to the other shop where they had reset the ECU and she was ready to drive.

I immediately drove her all the way to San Diego in traffic and had zero problems. Cars been perfect since.

Zach was very communicative, honest and helpful. His partner (i can't remember his name, sorry) was great and even bought me lunch while I waited for the ECU to be reprogrammed. Great chicken at the Mediterranean place next door, BTW.

I feel like these guys were really trying to put the best car on the road, no matter who was about to drive it away. I'm glad I found my unicorn here and,  as unconventional (maybe some would say inconvenient or chaotic) as this experience was, I really feel like I was treated with the utmost respect and honesty. I cannot recommend these guys enough times. 5 stars, 10/10.

I purchased a 13’ BMW 335i sight unseen from Hermosa Motors (Zach). Zach was absolutely fantastic from the first time we talked. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns of buying from out of state. Within an hour of our first conversation he had a shipping quote lined up for me and all of the details of the sale worked out. Zach took care of all the paperwork and was very transparent with the details of the out the door price. Zach did an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the entire process. From our first conversation to the car arriving to me was about 3 weeks. Considering how slow things are moving in the world right now, that's pretty darn good. The shipping broker he works with was also top notch and got my car to me in the same condition that it left in and faster than estimated. The car itself is in the exact condition he said it was, FLAWLESS (remember, I bought the car sight unseen and had to put 110% trust in Zach). So whether you are local to Hermosa Motors or on the other side of the country like me, if you see something you like, give Zach a call. He will take care of you, PERIOD. I suspect this will not be my last time buying a car from him
