Customer service here was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. From asking information of the vehicle i was interested in,setting up an appointment for test drive and completing the sale. They made everything really easy from start to finish. I did everything online,the called back the same day for scheduling an appointment. They even bought us complimentary coffee from Starbucks as my appointment was first thing in the morning. They answered all my questions and i understood the process for buying my car. They even provided a usb drive to have all my important documentation in one place for easy access. The dealership itself was very nice an overall, It was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. This is my 3rd time buying a car. All the employees literally treat you like family and care to get you the best value and price. I was in a dire situation of needing a vehicle to tow my trailer/house, the manager and employees literally worked magic with different banks, even though I had poor to decent credit to make it affordable for me to walk out with what I need to save my life. Their very accommodating with payment plans, great variety of cars, clean, professional and caring people. I'd never done a review for a car dealership after this being my fourth car from a dealership and I have never been treated and taken care of like this before, getting the best deal that they could possibly get going above and beyond.

My husband and I just purchased the 2026 2500 Rebel. Brandon helped us out and he was amazing! Very helpful, never felt like I was being hustled, and trustworthy. We got a good deal, great warranty, and a stunning new truck. I highly recommend the new trucks and ask for Brandon!

My entire experience was pretty dismal. The sales staff are under trained and have an insufficient knowledge base of the vehicles they’re selling. To this moment I still haven’t received an answer to the exact maximum towing and payload capacities of the new Ram 3500 Limited I just purchased. After leaving the dealership and upon arriving home I discovered the emblem on the hood of my truck said 2500 instead of 3500. I immediately called the dealership on my way back there to tell them they had sent me home in the wrong truck. On arrival at the dealership as I got out of the truck and out of curiosity I noticed the passenger side of the hood had a 3500 emblem. I was really upset. Instead of taking me inside the sales person made me wait in the parking lot (I’m guessing so that other customers wouldn’t overhear what we were talking about). A couple of people came out about 5 minutes later and started looking over the truck. They all appeared to be in disbelief. And assured me that it was just the emblem, that the truck was indeed a 3500 according to the VIN. However how am I supposed to know for sure? There’s nothing on the engine to indicate that it’s actually the correct model. They based their decision from the VIN and the rear suspension. There were no questions like “How do we make this right for you?” Or “We’re very sorry this happened and this is what we’re going to do for you to make it right.” I even had to go back the next day and stand around for 45 minutes to make sure they ordered the right emblem for the truck. Update: Two days later the service dept calls me to say the hitch I requested is in. I ask them about the incorrect hood emblem and my second key fob and they’re like “what?” Put me on hold. Went and talked to sales. Got back on the phone and said they talked to sales and sales said “Whoop’s”. We’ll order your parts, they should be here by Friday. Service and parts definitely my people Extremely helpful as I’ve posted reviews for these depts. Sales guys are really lacking. Overall I’m really disappointed with my experience. I think the response was pretty nonchalant. I got the impression no one was happy about working there and even heard the detail mgr yelling at some of the employees. I don’t know.

Update: It’s been 26 days since I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. They have not paid off the lienholder of the vehicle I traded in as agreed upon in the purchase agreement contract. I have spoken to the finance person multiple times with assurance that they would pay off the trade vehicle and that the business manager would return my call to provide me with an update resolution to this problem. I have received no phone calls. No one wants to take ownership and be responsible for this problem. I’m now making payments on two vehicles. One of which is not in my possession and has probably already been sold as I no longer see it on their lot. Since the business manager refuses to call me back and provide me with any feedback I have filed formal written complaints with multiple agencies and offices.

Update: Avoid doing business or purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership at all costs. Their business practices are shady and unprofessional. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent. At 26 days of not returning my calls and avoiding me; not providing me with any resolution to them NOT paying off my trade vehicle I was forced to file formal written complaints to: The California Attorney General, The Santa Clara County Attorney General, The Dept. of Consumer Affairs, The Federal Trade Commission, DMV Investigations, the Morgan Hill City Chamber of Commerce, the Morgan Hill City Council, City Mayor, City Attorney, and City Clerk. And then I notified the dealership finance department by voicemail. Only because they wouldn’t take my call. This afternoon they wire transferred the payoff amount in full on my trade vehicle. I cannot stress the amount of frustration I went through to get them to actually fulfill their part of the contract agreement. Avoid this place like the plague.
