A car advertised through CarGurus was on the market by Rollit Motors, I called Dealership by phone.The car was not available, but my salesman named Darian, was very transparent and pressure free helped me find a car. I described what I needed in a car and what I was looking at  the Rollit Motors car website. when I got the car, I wanted it delivered to me. My car had a star and chip crack that were both small on Front window of car. Bob, who managed the car lot assured me they don’t sell cars with cracked windshield So I submitted receipt from having crack glass sealed or fixed and as a result Rollit Motors mailed me A check for glass windshield to be fixed.
I love my Car and purchase experience thank you I hope if ever looking for another car on the market again someday I can go to experience Rollit Motors in Mesa, Arizona as a customer for the full experience in person, Thank you again.

WARNING — Please be careful buying from Rollit Motors.

I purchased a Chrysler 300 from them on February 24, 2026 at around 5pm.

Within minutes of leaving the lot the vehicle started smoking while driving on Highway 202.

We immediately pulled over and within about a minute the car caught on fire.

The fire department had to be called and the car is now a total loss.

The driver reported smelling oil right before the smoke started, which suggests the car may have had a serious leak or mechanical issue.

The car also had to be jump-started before the test drive.

Despite all of this, the dealership refused to help and told us to deal with insurance and the third-party warranty & changed their number .

A car catching fire minutes after purchase is extremely dangerous and should never happen.

We are now filing complaints with the Arizona Attorney General and the Arizona MVD Dealer Licensing Division.

Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

I had a specific Challenger I was looking for.  A pretty 20014 body style SRT8 with super low miles. My salesman listened to my need and didn't try to sell me something else. I was looking for a vehicle that met my needs and one that fit my budget. I really do not like car shopping because, in my experience, most sales people try hard to upsale regardless of what I want to spend. At Rollit, my salesman was Dennis Atterberry.
