Triner-Peerless US Post Scale

Up for sale is a Triner-Peerless post scale. I love antiques, this piece specifically, but unfortunately do not have any space for it and want someone else to enjoy it. I’m not sure the exact year it was built but the time period for this style scale would have been the 1920’s to about 1940. It does show some natural patina, consistent with its age. It has not been cleaned or repaired (to the best of my knowledge) which really adds to the authenticity of this antique. The scale is spot-on in terms of weight accuracy. I have a video showing a 10lbs weight being placed, with the scale reading exactly 10lbs. The scale is pretty heavy, probably 60ish lbs or so (if only I had a scale large enough to weigh this scale!) That said, it is only offered for local pickup. I could also deliver it for an additional fee. Asking $300 OBO. Price is based on other scales in similar condition.
