Throughout the process the team went above and beyond. The sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful, the dealership is well connected and has a shop down the street so I was able to have the car inspected prior to purchase, and once we had a deal the paperwork process was so efficient I was blown away.

I reached out to the dealer to schedule an appointment for the weekend (2 days later) Listed car price was changed overnight and  increased $2,000. I noticed this as I wanted to verify the car was still available on the day of my appointment as my commute would be considerable.

I communicated my concern with the dealer and they told me that they would call me back. They did not call back. Even though I attempted to contact them multiple times, they would not confirm that they would honor the price. I ended up canceling the appointment. Thankfully I checked before heading over to this dealer. It would have been a waste of time.

I believe that this dealership has a tactic to drop the price of the vehicles so that they can get more ‘leads.’ Then drive the price up on the unknowing visitors so they can bait and switch to turn a profit.

Also, understand that they will add $1,500 on top of listed car price for “anti-theft” that you cannot decline, and the listed price is cash purchase only. Financing will come with additional fees.

Unfortunately, this experience has deepened my distrust for dealerships.
