West elm drop leaf dinner table + 2 chairs. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. I had planned to restore table and reupholstered chairs but after 2 years I am giving up. I left out in the sun for a few months and the clear coat has chapped but can easily be restored since it is thick heavy oak and solid industrial steel. I really wish I had more space to safely restore the wood and reupholster chairs. Originally paid $1400 for the whole set but willing to take $200 OBO
