2003 Honda crf450r

This is my 03 450 honda. My parents got it for me about a year ago and weve done alot to it but it still isnt running the best. Me and my dad have rebuilt the top end twice on it (piston, valves, etc). We have had clawson adjust the carb and valves and over time it just has gotten worse. There is for sure wear and tear visible on it. I do not know how many owners it had before then. When we bought it i put brand new black plastics on it from UFO plastics and then we put new omx graphics on it aswell. It had an amazon carb on it so we put the oem one back on. IT DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE CHAIN ON IT. It does run barely 😅 and it does have a tick if you listen to the video you can hear it. But you cant actually ride it because we stole the chain off of it for something else. The reason i have it for 1800 is because of all the money my family and me have put into it. WE DO HAVE A CLEAN TITLE. If you put a new chain on it and new cam chain with a cam chain tensioner and adjust the valves along with some carb work this bike will be back to running good again all for probably 500 bucks.
