My husband and I purchased a car from BucketBuddy recently and we had a really good experience. The staff was very helpful and they weren’t heavily pushing the sale like other dealerships. The application process was fairly quick also. Not even 3 days later, the driver door handle broke. We were able to bring the car back to them and have their mechanic fix it free of charge. Overall, our experience with them was good.

I traded in my car and purchased a vehicle from here. The transaction was smooth. The price was great. The customer service was on point. I purchased a vehicle in March 2025 and there were some admin issues that arose this month that needed attention I needed a copy of the bill of sale and as soon as I emailed them same day, they responded with all the documents that I needed and I am truly grateful the email that they sent me was very professional and they wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed provided everything that I needed and I couldn’t be more grateful after purchasing the car. I let the five star review months later again customer service asking for some documents on Par with the review I previously left again five stars if I didn’t move out of California, I would purchase another vehicle from this company.

Our Experience was not the best when first discovering this dealership. We were approached by a salesman that didn’t seem like a true salesman’s trying to pitch a good sale. A few short days later we went back after getting a call from a manager to try and pursue a better deal for us and get us back in there which we were happy with after getting someone new there. Although that process seemed better, we would soon be awaken by several factors wrong with the vehicle. We have had several service appointments to Tesla that have cost us $$$thousands of dollars for repairs. Bake Tires, bad window regulators, air conditioning failed on us, little plastic of interior have began to fall apart on seats. Still have to get it back into Tesla for bad ultra sonic sensors for the falcons doors that the sales man said was normal for the doors to operate and Tesla assured us that there is something wrong with them, including the passenger door hinge not operating correctly. Overall I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this place. It will cost you some money. Hopefully, the dealership will do right by us and cover the repair costs of Teslas service and more.

As soon as I got on the lot, I was greeted and asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. Chris was knowledgeable of the car I wanted to look at. We went for a cruise and afterwards, there was no hard press. He explained the history of the vehicle and the rigorous inspection and maintenance the car went through. I went home feeling like I didn't have any questions and was pretty much ready to buy. I had to get rid of my car which took a couple of days, but he was patient with me and helped with financing. It was such a smooth process and I feel like tbis place was no nonsense and upfront about everything. Would definitely recommend Bucket Buddy and Chris to all my friends and family. Thank you!

In December of 2025, I inquired about a vehicle I have been following for a while at this dealership. I was very nervous about this one for various reasons: I live in MD, the car has a salvage title, I couldn't see the car in person, will the vehicle register in MD without any problems...
Over the course of a week, I spoke with the guys at BucketBuddy Auto and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I received copies of all documents they had for the car. We went over why the car was salvaged, and how to register in my home state. Eventually I decided to purchase the vehicle and put down a deposit to hold it for me until I procure my full payment.
Getting the contract signed was easy as everything was online and sent to me. At that point it was a matter of processing the remaining balance and get the car picked up. I secured my own transportation, which was significantly cheaper than what I was offered by the dealership.
The car was picked up and delivered promptly. Two keys included. And I also received temp tags for two months - something I didn't expect. And that really made me believe that I would not have any issues registering the car in my state.
The vehicle was in great condition, just as it was described in the ad and over the phone. Everything checked out - engine, interior, tires, exterior, etc. The car passed the mandatory state inspection prior to registering it. There were no issues getting the car registered after that.

With that I want to say thank you for the honesty and proper business! Thanks for taking care of me and not taking advantage of the fact that I could not be there to see the car in person!

Why am I taking one star? - I wish the guys at the dealership could keep me updated with the status of the title. It would have made me a lot more relaxed and comfortable with this experience have they called me to let me know that things are in progress, or just to check in. I was the one who had to call to get the status updates and that didn't make me feel valued after the transaction and the contract were processed.
The second thing is that the car inside was filthy. There was a lot of mud on the driver side door panel and dashboard. Also, somebody must have spilled a drink or something because the center console, the cup holders, and seats were covered with something white and thick. It was very hard to clean it up. In fact, the cup holders still need more scrubbing. So not exactly how the car looked on the photos.

Overall, this was a nerve wrecking yet a great experience. I put more that 1000 miles since I took delivery, and the car still running well with absolutely no issues.
