Pretty great dealer n service department. Very down to earth folks and they work hard to make things happen. I truly appreciate all their help and advice. Today restored my faith in the dealership process. I had the pleasure of working with Mario who was honest, transparent and professional throughout the entire transaction. From first contact to the final handshake with my new bikes loaded in the truck, I was treated like family. I was in and out of the dealership with my excited young son in less than an hour from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and check with Nash Powersports before you make a purchase, they will do everything in their power to take care of you. Nash and Mario made my sons year. Sending a sincere thank you from my family to yours.

Was given an out the door price match for a competitor for parts/install over the phone and when I came in for the service the price was not even close.  They explained why, which was fine, but I wouldn't believe anything said over the phone by the parts department.

I'm sure they will have a response, but due your due diligence and read the other negative reviews here and decide if this is a place you want to spend your money.

Here is exactly what happened.  Let's see if you can see the disconnect.  I received a price quote from another dealer for the KTM Tech Pack for $835 with tax included, their labor costs were another $70 or so.  The other dealer was farther away and I wanted to see if anyone closer would match their price.

I told Chris, the parts guy, that was the price I was hoping he could match and it wouldn't hurt my feelings if he couldn't.  He said no problem and transferred me to your service deptartment.  The service department said they'd charge for labor.  I asked to talk to Chris again to clarify and he said he'd talk to service and take care of it.   He called me back about 5 minutes later and said everything was taken care of and that the price had locked down and that a purchase order done.

My understanding was that the out the door price at Nash Powersports would match the other dealer.  Imagine my surprise and frustration to come in for the install and the price is well over $1,100.  Like I said above, if you get quoted a price over the phone take it with a big grain of salt because once you are there they'll say whatever they want and hope you are dumb enough to just go along with it.

A few months ago I bought an ATV in this place, ERIk Rutledge, the most attentive of this establishment, is friendly and a very good person, at all times he was attentive to my doubts and convinced me without a doubt to buy my Outlander 1000R. I'll come back for the CAN AM Maverick R and go straight with it. Thank you for the gift.
