the tv is samsung brand. still has the controller as well. the tv is not a smart tv. the tv stand is still in good shape however the bottom part was built reversed so had to color it in lol. you can move the panels on the side to make it shorter or taller. price is for both and i would love for you to take both but if only want one of the items let me know. please help me by buying this. tv is around 28.5" L x 17" H tv stand is around 45.5" L x 21" H x 16" W
