Life size boris karloff frankenstein monster doorway movie halloween statue prop

Up for sale is a EXTREMELY RARE Frankenstein's Monster prop Replicating the iconic scene with him walking through a doorway from jthe famous 1931 movie "Frankenstein" played by Boris Karloff Purchased from Spencer's Gifts in the early 1990s Very detailed painting featuring shadow effects. The visual is even more life-like at night with the right lighting It is hard to find any in any condition let alone good condition due to most were made out of a low grade rubber latex material Only a small batch were made of better quality latex (store display) this is one of them! In great condition with little to no signs of rubber or paint issues Only minor issue is board backing has a crack in it, and one of the hanging holes is nicked (see pictures) Does not affect how it stands or ability to hang, cannot see from front Overall measures approx 53" tall x 35" wide x 10" depth Frankenstein stands approx 40" tall These are IMPOSSIBLE to find The only other one on ebay is dry rotted and falling apart and is asking TWICE as much 7500 dollars Thats how RARE and DESIRED this is Its almost hard to tell at first glance that they are the same item That is the difference in the quality of material used
