His handling of my purchasing experience was straightforward and honest. He made it so a first time buyer like myself was able to understand the process. I sent my car over to get repaired and it came back with  four of my window buttons and my trunk button bashed in, when I ask them to fix it, they said it was wear and tear and that they would only fix two, I don’t even use my back buttons and there were the two that were completely broken off. I couldn’t understand that wear and tear lie if one was broken, but all five are broken. I’m super disappointed. I’ve been ignored by Mary Donnell, who is the person denying to fix the buttons. They told me they were gonna show me a camera footage that it was broken before they never came up with it and also the Mechanic admitted to checking if my coverage would cover it. Why would you check if my coverage is covered for the buttons without telling me that my buttons are broken? Usually they would make a list of other things I would want to fix even if I had to pay which they never did . Obviously you didn’t want me to know. I was also rushed to bringing the loaner in, and they brought me my car and I had to have it parked outside my job, so I wasn’t even able to check it, which I thought was really funny the way they were rushing me without signing anything. This is my third Mercedes, and all this time I have never experienced anything like this, and I am truly disappointed. This dealership has definitely gone down from what it used to be, and it really bothers me me that they lied to my face, like I’m an idiot. Now I’m paying $1300 a month for a car with bashed in buttons, and was actually going  to get my next car from there next year. Truly disgusting,  disappointed, and in shock how the dealership has changed.

I had an excellent experience working with my advisor, Leslie French, at MERCEDES BENZ, in Ft Lauderdale. He was extremely professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. His knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Leslie French is truly an asset to your company.  That location has the best service, the best customer service service.
