I had always noticed this place on my drive home but was a bit skeptical. I had been in need of a reliable car since the transmission on my Honda Civic blew out. I walked in looking for a vehicle that I could use for work and running errands, but I was also worried because of my credit.I was greeted by Alex, a salesperson who was very understanding. He helped me navigate my credit situation and clearly explained my down payment options. The process was simple and easy to understand.I ended up taking home a 2011 Nissan Altima, and it has been completely reliable I haven’t had any issues since. Overall, Alex made the experience stress-free and straightforward, and I highly recommend this dealership.

I’m one to be very good with communication be outspoken. I felt like what I said to Alex , it went in one ear and out the other. I told him my max payment. My trade in minimal amount we would take for it. And he comes back with almost triple suggested payment, with a very insulting trade in value with my truck. Mind you we went about 3 months ago to buy a different truck for my husband, the process was “okay” still not the greatest cause with in the first week driving off the lot my husband truck check engine came one and unfortunately it’s on us for not getting the warranty. We tried to give them a second chance but instead I went to core motors and got a better deal and they actually listened to my needs in order to move forward!

Got my car from Car Tag USA and honestly it was a good experiance. Alex helped me out the whole time and was real patient, didnt feel rushed like other places. Car was clean and price was fair from what I seen around. Paperwork was pretty smooth too. Would come back again for sure.
