Great experience overall. Josie made the buying process a breeze even though I was an out of town buyer. She was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. After the purchase, some issues came about that were out of mine or the dealers control, they were willing to address an issue with the vehicle and handled it properly, which showed they truly stand behind what they sell.

I found this place through the Costco app(for Tacoma). Before coming here, I checked prices at a few other places, including the Toyota dealership, which by far gave me the highest quote and honestly wasn’t comparable at all.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and reliable auto service. In my opinion, price should not be the first or only factor when choosing where to service your vehicle. Trust and proper customer service matter much more.
