🚐 1998 National RV Tropi-Cal Class A Motorhome – Runs & Drives – Tons of Extras Included! 💰 Asking $5,500 OBO Selling our 1998 National RV Tropi-Cal Class A motorhome with approximately 96,709 miles and a Chevrolet gasoline engine. The motorhome starts, runs, and drives! It has a spacious interior, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping accommodations, and plenty of potential for someone looking for an affordable RV or a home-on-wheels renovation project. ✅ FEATURES & APPLIANCES: * Chevrolet gas engine * Approximately 97K miles * Air conditioning works * Heater works but requires propane * Kitchen appliances are operational * Bathroom and living area * 3 brand-new batteries * Built-in onboard generator connected to the RV * Power inverter included 🎁 BONUS ITEMS INCLUDED: * ⚡ 2 additional portable generators * 📺 2 televisions * 🪵 Vinyl laminate flooring for the interior renovation 🔨 INTERIOR RENOVATION: We started upgrading the interior and removing the old carpet to install modern vinyl laminate flooring. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedules, we haven’t had time to complete the renovations. The flooring materials are included with the purchase so the next owner can finish the project to their liking. 🔧 SLIDE-OUT INFORMATION: The slide-out motor and mechanism have operated, but the slide-out currently has an electrical/control issue. We were advised that the problem may be related to wiring that had been switched. The slide-out can be manually overridden and retracted, but the system still needs inspection and repair. It must be fully secured before the motorhome is driven. The RV is being sold AS-IS, with the electrical issue and unfinished renovation disclosed. 💰 $5,500 OR BEST REASONABLE OFFER 📍 Colorado Great opportunity for someone handy who wants an affordable Class A motorhome with extra equipment and renovation materials already included!
