This is a vintage Conestoga Company Big-Bang Toy Cannon, likely a 1970s model, it operates by creating a loud "bang" using acetylene gas generated from a mixture of calcium carbide and water.The cannon features signature red cast-iron wheels and a black metal barrel, often designed to mimic 19th-century artillery.These toys have been in production since 1907 as a safer alternative to fireworks.
