2007 Audi A6

Clean title. 114,000 miles. Priced to sell! Developed two codes (see last picture) and of course check engine light came on. Parked it for a while and check light disappeared. Drove it for some time and eventually check engine light came back . Took it to AutoZone to read the codes and did not drive it since. Looked into it a little, and the codes seem to be related (probably same electrical problem) but I don’t have the tools/knowledge to fix. From what I read, for the right person this should be a quick fix. P2295 Fuel pressure Regulator Valve (N276): Short to ground P2402: SAE: Evap System Leak Detection Pump Control Circuit: Low Second owner (purchased in 2008). Has bike hitch installed. Great tires, over 80% thread left but will need a spare tire. Newer front brake pads and rotors (less than 1000 miles). All wheel drive (Quattro). Cold weather package (Heated front and rear seats, Heated steering). Have all keys including valet key. Also had radio/cd/MMI issue where it resets every so often; can’t use the radio/MMI. Had no issue driving it for the past 6+ years without radio/MMI. Could install after market radio or car play to fix. Other than the issues above it’s a solid car. 3.2L engine aspirated - no turbo to worry about. Selling AS IS. Thanks for looking!
