Went in on Saturday afternoon to see about trading my Trax. Immediately I was created by Jared one of the Sales Managers, he paired me with one of his Salesman, Zach. Zach was very professional and personable. They were pretty busy, but Zach didn't skip a beat. He helped get me the most value for my trade and made the entire process extremely easy. It did take a bit longer than expected, but again they were very busy. Their finance team, worked fast and hard to get each customer helped. After my test drive and a little paper work, Zach handed me over to Henry to finish all the final paper work. He, like everyone working that day, was very professional and attentive. I am so happy with my new car. If you are looking for a car, go ask for Zach, he will take good care of you!!!

I'm a first time car buyer and my sister recommended AutoNation after purchasing from them previously. Everyone was sooo nice and amazing. Not pushy at all. Like many others here, our experience forced us to leave a review—which I rarely do. We purchased a 2020 Audi RS3 from AutoNation, and the very first night we owned it, the check engine light came on. That alone should tell you everything.

We brought it back and were told the thermostat and water pump needed to be replaced. After nearly three weeks, we got the car back—only for it to break down on the road again shortly after. At that point, it was clear this dealership either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care.

AutoNation sent the car to Audi, who provided video evidence showing cylinder wall scoring caused by a spark plug failure. Audi explicitly stated this was not user error and clearly explained that they do not repair cylinder walls due to the risk, recommending a full engine replacement instead.

After the warranty predictably denied the claim, AutoNation left us a voicemail saying they would pay for a full engine replacement at no cost to us. Then, without explanation, they suddenly called and said the car was “ready” for pickup—even though the engine was supposedly on backorder. Red flag after red flag.

When we arrived, Deyshawn told us that Audi repaired the cylinder walls and AutoNation “took care of the spark plugs.” This was a blatant lie. We immediately contacted Audi, who confirmed—and proved—that they had not seen our car in over a month and never performed any repairs beyond the initial inspection. We asked autonation about this and they argued our car would be okay with just the spark plug being changed and the check engine light still on. They supposedly had an inspector they know look it over and said it was good to go. We didn’t trust it obviously.

AutoNation knowingly lied about work being done, sent us home in a vehicle they knew was not fixed, and put our safety at risk. This goes beyond incompetence—this is deception. Add in the rude behavior, complete lack of communication, and the fact that we had to repeatedly show up in person just to get answers, and this was easily one of the worst dealership experiences we’ve ever had.

If you value honesty, safety, or basic professionalism, stay far away from AutoNation. They are not worthy of your money or your trust.
