New out the box like new They need an update and you should be good to go. Great headphones I just got them and wasn’t aware that you have to update them every so often and now my USB transmitter isn’t receiving and it’s because of this little problem. I know somebody with the right knowledge can fix this and you’ll practically be getting a new headset for very cheap. Your gain is my loss I just don’t need to be dealing with all of this. I’m not technically inclined to do so. They also come with an extra caring case that I’ll throw in for free!!
