Free Children’s Bikes

Description

A Bike For Every Tike is a nonprofit program to provide bikes to children who need them whose parents cannot afford them. Children (15 and under) of parents receiving WIC, food stamps, medicaid, welfare or unemployment benefits are eligible. You will need to bring proof plus any bike or tricycle you have that has been outgrown or needs repairs as an exchange. I need the age, gender and preferably the height of the child. It’s still a small program so I might not be able to fill all requests. I cannot deliver bikes to recipients so please only respond if you can arrange to pick up the bike in SW Raleigh.
