I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from this dealership, and within two days of purchase, the vehicle began experiencing multiple issues. These included water leaking, blind spot only working intermittently as well as warning messages related to the AWD system and transmission.

I brought the car into the service department at the Charlotte NC dealership, and my truck was there for exactly one week. Once I got home the same exact issues occurred! I then returned and spent the day at the dealership only to go home to find out that once again nothing was fixed.

My vehicle is now at the Acura dealership getting fixed the correct way at my own expense less than 1 month after purchase!

This has been a very frustrating experience. A vehicle should be properly inspected before being sold, especially one at this price point. The lack of accountability and support after reporting issues so soon after buying the car was extremely disappointing.

I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected and ensure all concerns are addressed in writing prior to signing.

Traded in my Honda for upgrade to Porsche. Everyone at AutoNation was incredibly helpful and the whole process was straight forward. Thanks to Will and team for making the process simple and having a great experience.

Nothing about this dealership felt streamlined. From the beginning, the tone noticeably changed once they learned I had my own financing. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable across the team. The GM had me waiting for days while the car was supposedly being shipped, and multiple employees assured me they would contact me immediately once the vehicle arrived.

Instead, I had to repeatedly reach out myself, dealing with long hold times and delayed email responses. It was only after I finally got in touch with them that I was told the car had “sold on the way to the location.” No courtesy call, no heads-up, no accountability. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If you value transparency and basic communication, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Larry was terrific! He offered the best quote for my vehicle and made the process super simple. He was even willing to work w me on a few hurtles to ensure the transaction happened for us both. Thank you, Larry!!!
All staff was friendly and professional. Was a very comfortable atmosphere.
