  • I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from this dealership, and within two days of purchase, the vehicle began experiencing multiple issues. These included water leaking, blind spot only working intermittently as well as warning messages related to the AWD system and transmission. I brought the car into the service department at the Charlotte NC dealership, and my truck was there for exactly one week. Once I got home the same exact issues occurred! I then returned and spent the day at the dealership only to go home to find out that once again nothing was fixed. My vehicle is now at the Acura dealership getting fixed the correct way at my own expense less than 1 month after purchase! This has been a very frustrating experience. A vehicle should be properly inspected before being sold, especially one at this price point. The lack of accountability and support after reporting issues so soon after buying the car was extremely disappointing. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected and ensure all concerns are addressed in writing prior to signing.
