I want to give a special shout-out to Manager Cam! He was incredibly efficient and communicated clearly, which helped me secure a vehicle successfully. He provided me with a detailed game plan, and I wouldn’t have been able to make my purchase without his assistance! I’m very grateful for managers who truly value their work and excel at it.

I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from this dealership, and within two days of purchase, the vehicle began experiencing multiple issues. These included water leaking, blind spot only working intermittently as well as warning messages related to the AWD system and transmission.

I brought the car into the service department at the Charlotte NC dealership, and my truck was there for exactly one week. Once I got home the same exact issues occurred! I then returned and spent the day at the dealership only to go home to find out that once again nothing was fixed.

My vehicle is now at the Acura dealership getting fixed the correct way at my own expense less than 1 month after purchase!

This has been a very frustrating experience. A vehicle should be properly inspected before being sold, especially one at this price point. The lack of accountability and support after reporting issues so soon after buying the car was extremely disappointing.

I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected and ensure all concerns are addressed in writing prior to signing.

I recently purchased a vehicle from AutoNation as a first-time car buyer, and Mr. Reuben Jones made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. Although there was some unforeseen minor inconvenience during the process, he ensured it was fully addressed. While I cannot speak for the dealership as a whole, I would confidently recommend Mr. Jones to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Will update this review if needed.

Autonation USA is my favorite dealership!! I just purchased my second vehicle (first one five years ago still running great!). Cam AKA Black Jesus lol was a phenomenal help! He really worked hard with helping me get into a vehicle and one that I really loved. I’m so greatful to him and his associate Micah. Micah was so kind and cheerful and extremely polite. I would give 10 stars if I could! If you are searching for a car you won’t regret shopping at Autonation.
