If 0 stars were available I would rate them with that. This car lot gives false advertisement and is a scam. My husband spoke with Fernanda and was “approved” after sending his information for a vehicle. We live 6 hours away and my husband kept asking her if everything was okay and she kept reassuring him everything had been taken care of and he just needed to come in and sign his contract. Once we arrived we asked for fernanda and were told they did not know who we were talking about. After giving my husbands information again and waiting 3 hours the manager finally came in and told us they could not approve , that I need it a co-signer and more income We DO NOT RECOMMEND this car lot to anybody, make sure you read the reviews before going so you don’t commit the same mistake we did.

I had such a great experience working with Nancy! She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! If 0 star was an option, I would rate it beneath that. I spoke with (Ashley) a representative for Paisanos. They advertised the truck at 45 and I agreed to pay their asking price. I took off work and paid a friend to drive me over to be at my set appointment at 10am on Monday. When we showed up the truck was not there. We waited for 5 hours for the truck to show up. No exaggeration, then was told by the finance manager that the price on the truck went up 5,000 from Friday “when we had the agreed upon price” till Monday at 9:30 due to repairs needing to be done to the truck. This is a company operating in bad faith and presenting false advertisement. A loss of a full day of work for both me and my friend who gave me a ride due to a business owner operating in bad faith. I will be pursuing this farther and do not recommend Paisanos Auto Sales to ANYONE!
