1967 Fender Bassman AB165 Blackface Head & Matching 2x12 Cabinet ***WILL ADD PICS OF CABINET TODAY OR TONIGHT Original 1967 Fender Bassman AB165 blackface head with matching piggyback 2x12 cabinet. This is a great-playing, professionally maintained vintage Bassman that has been part of my personal collection. The amplifier has been serviced over the years for reliability while retaining its vintage character. It has a grounded three-prong power cord, updated filter capacitors, and has been regularly maintained. Everything functions as it should. The cabinet was upgraded in June 2021 with a matched pair of Jensen Vintage Alnico P12N 12” 50W 8Ω speakers. They sound outstanding and complement this amp perfectly. The original bottom panel of the head had been cut out by a previous owner many years ago. I fabricated and installed a new wood bottom panel and recovered it in black tolex. It is solid, clean, and has held up well.
