Description

The LeMond Alpe d’Huez a very nice steel road bike. 🚴 LeMond Alpe d’Huez * Frame: TIG-welded Reynolds 853 steel. * Fork: Carbon. * Groupset: Shimano 105 STI Shifters * Cane Creek Headset/Bottom Bracket * Bontrager Wheelset 700c / Continental GatorSkin Tires * Frame Size: 56x56cm Lemond Alpe d’Huez Reynolds 853 double-butted steel and a carbon fork, with Shimano 105. Reynolds 853 air-hardening steel. How good is it? Very good. The Alpe d’Huez is one of the LeMond models I’d consider if you want a steel road bike that rides beautifully but can still be ridden hard. The 853 frame gives it a combination of stiffness, durability and the smooth ride quality people like about quality steel. Open to offers.
