They got my wife and I in a 2013 sequoia and we were treated with respect and hospitality. Jay Rich was an incredible salesman and very personal. They definitely gained a long standing customer. I purchased a car from this dealership for $16,200, and it has been nothing but problems since the very first day. On the day I bought the car, the check engine light came on. I immediately had it checked and was told I needed a full coil pack and new spark plugs.
I contacted the dealership right away, and they brushed it off, telling me it “wasn’t a big enough issue.” It absolutely WAS a big issue, especially considering this happened the same day I bought the car.
About a week later, I discovered the car was leaking oil—only to find out the oil pan was cracked. Then, a month or two after that, the water pump went out, which I also had to pay to fix.
Now, I’m dealing with major issues again, and I don’t even know what’s wrong with the car this time. What makes this even worse is that I haven’t even paid the car off yet, and I’m stuck with a vehicle that has been one expensive repair after another.
This dealership showed no concern or accountability for selling a vehicle with serious problems. Save yourself the stress, time, and money.

Came in to trade in my car for another vehicle they had on the lot. As soon as I walked in the door Alex helped me out. They were able to run numbers to make my trade in work for me and genuinely had my best interest in mind. Helped with the loan process and i’m getting the best insurance price quickly! Thank you so much to Alex, Halal and the rest of the team for making this go as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend, they don’t overprice their vehicle and even then work with you for a price you’re comfortable with. Not to mention Alex stayed 2 hours past when they closed to make this work.

As the owner of a local car group, I feel obligated to warn others about this dealership. One of my members purchased a vehicle here for $16,200, and the issues started the same day the car was bought when the check engine light came on.
The vehicle was inspected and immediately needed a new coil pack and spark plugs. When the buyer contacted the dealership, they were told it “wasn’t a big enough issue.” That response alone is unacceptable.
About a week later, the car began leaking oil, and it was discovered the oil pan was cracked. A month or two after that, the water pump failed, requiring yet another expensive repair. Now, the vehicle is having major mechanical issues again, and the owner still hasn’t even paid the car off yet.
Selling a vehicle with these kinds of problems and then dismissing customer concerns shows a serious lack of integrity. As someone who works closely with car owners and enthusiasts, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.

I don’t even know how to start this review , I purchase a 2015 Infiniti Q50 test drove it for about 8 mins . Came back and made a cash deal with the team . On the way back home car starts bogging out and not accelerating properly and boom flashing check engine light on . Call them the next day and manager said there’s absolute nothing they can do if I didn’t buy their $2500 warranty . Spinning over $12,000 and receiving a jacked up car is ridiculous and unfair. I guess it’s my fault for trusting these people saying it was a great car with no issues. I will be looking into what I can do against them and will probably be my last purchase I do with them will not recommend to anyone to purchase from here
