This is my third time shopping with Ornate Home, and my experience has been consistently great.

My first purchase was a bedroom set, and everything was delivered and assembled perfectly at my apartment in Brea, Orange County. The second time, I ordered a dining room set, chairs, and a buffet. There was a lead time for the buffet, which I was informed about right after placing the order online. They offered two separate deliveries, but I chose to wait so everything could arrive together. Their customer service answered every call when I reached out for updates, and the entire process went smoothly.

This time, with summer coming, I purchased an outdoor dining table for my BBQ area and a patio set for the backyard. Once again, the experience was excellent. My calls were never missed or dropped, and every time I place an order online, I receive a call or text to confirm the details.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. If a delivery timeframe is clearly communicated upfront and the company delivers within that timeframe, that’s good service. Furniture delivery isn’t like ordering pizza—it takes planning and logistics.

They were awesome! I was nervous to order from them because delivery was out of state and all their reviews for it weren’t the best but these guys were great! The couch came earlier than expected, no damage and they were very responsive to all of my emails! I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them as well.

Picked up a couch that was completely wrapped in thick vinyl, so I was not given a real chance to inspect the upholstery at pickup. The employee still pushed me to sign the release paperwork and did not explain that signing would waive any damage claim after leaving.

Once I removed the protective covering at home, I found multiple tears and seam damage under the fabric (photos attached). I contacted customer service right away and asked for a fair resolution, but they denied the claim only because it was a pickup order and I signed for it, saying they “can’t verify when the damage occurred” after pickup.

This is extremely disappointing because the packaging prevented inspection in the first place. If your policy is “no claims after pickup,” customers should be clearly told and allowed to fully unwrap and inspect before signing. I would not recommend buying here unless you can inspect the item completely before accepting it.
