Description
Perfect set for someone who works from home, doesn’t have much time to stop at the gym, or wants to conveniently maintain muscle mass as they age. 1 set of Nüobell adjustable dumbbells and 1 Rogue Fitness adjustable bench (3.0). The dumbbells go from 5 to 80 lbs each at 5 lb intervals. You just quickly rotate to the weight you want, and lift up. Nüobell dumbbell stand included. The bench is solid American steel and goes from flat to 90 degrees upright. I hit full body reliably as a beginner with this set.
