Last week I finally found my dream car, Spyder 718 PDK, and even better it was a CPO from Porsche Plano. Andy was the sales person who helped me. The service team did a great job of inspecting and addressing all important items and the car was in amazing condition. Thanks to Andy and service staff. This is my second purchase from Porsche Plano and definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure of having my classic 911 Carrera 4S serviced at Porsche Plano.  The level of service & knowledge provided by Tim Shaffer & Chuck was 5 stars.  The experience was world class; would definitely recommend if You own a Porsche and want it serviced properly.

My husband and I initially found a Porsche Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at the Plano location, but unfortunately the sales manager and staff there were impolite and provided very poor customer service. That experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

Thankfully, our experience at Park Place Porsche Dallas was completely different. We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche Macan with the help of Douglas Aaron, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Douglas is a true gentleman—patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. His customer service was exceptional, and he made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable.

Our previous experience with Porsche dealer service was when we lived in California.  The Newport Beach Porsche dealership was amazing.  We relocated to Dallas two years ago and began taking our Porsche to the closest dealership to our home.  Each time we went there was a failure IMO.  Although we had appointments, they were never prepared, didn't know who we were or why we were there, and didn't read the service notes.  After dropping off the vehicle, every text and voicemail from us to inquire about the vehicle's status went unanswered.  There were no calls or text to update us as to where the vehicle was in the service process.
When we discovered there was a Porsche dealership in Plano we decided to would try there for our next service needs.  I was immediately pleased to see they were expecting us, and Manny had already read the service notes and knew why I was there.  After dropping off the vehicle they've continually communicated through either text or voicemails.  Their communication is awesome.  It was the polar opposite of my experience in Dallas and a mirror image of the service we received in Newport Beach.  This will be my new choice for future service appointments and I highly recommend Plano Porsche for your service needs.
