I went to the dealership to test drive a Blazer. I liked the vehicle, but not the price. My salesperson, Laquiar Foster, suggested I look at an Equinox and take that for a test drive as well. I liked this one too and the price was within my price range. After a little bit of back and forth we came to an agreement and I bought the car!
Buying a car can be stressful and often times comes with a pushy salesperson and or finance manager. I did not feel pressured in the least and found the overall experience to be great. And I’m very happy with the car itself!

Our salesman Ed was awesome. Very respectful young man. Very knowledgeable about the sales process. Not pushy at all but very consistent with the process to let us know he was serious about helping us and we were important. The sales manager helped with locating a truck we were interested in and since that one was unavailable they made a us a very reasonable and attractive deal on a vehicle on the lot. The finance agent was great too. Process was streamlined without any delays. Our new truck was ready to go freshly detailed with a full tank just as we finished the paperwork. Thank you to the whole team!

Low pressure no haggle sales is true. The car salesman showed us the vehicle, with little to no enthusiasm, but he did stay out of the way and let us look at the vehicle with out being pressured. Sales Manager for used cars was good, and agreed to fix an issue with the 3rd row seats.

I had already secured financing, but they required I fill out another app and have my credit pulled again with the same lender I already had financing with. Fine. Did that. Got the deal done. Then about 2 days later, they attempted to pull my credit again this time through Autonation lending. Thankfully I have my credit files locked and a hard hit did not show up. Turns out the finance person "forgot" to uncheck the credit pull box when he was running an OFAC report. When I asked my salesmen about this he was adamant that it wasn't them. When I sent in the proof, I finally got a straight answer.  That's another issue - there were a few emails I sent that never received a response, prompting me to try and call in to get help through the IVR.

Then when it came to getting the 3rd row fixed, I was told the day I bought the car the parts were ordered and they would call to set up an appointment for next week. That call never came. It turned out not to be true they ordered parts that day. Took 2 weeks to get an actual response, and was asked to bring the car back in so they could look at it to figure out what part(s) they needed, which again, I was told was done the day I bought the vehicle.

And then getting in touch with someone in the actual service department is an absolute nightmare when trying to go through the IVR. All of their calls are routed to a call center.  Once I finally got to a service advisor, Yvette, she was great. She called me back when she said she would. Responded to texts quickly and was amazing to work with. She was a breath of fresh air.

Overall, I am happy with the vehicle. Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row and get all the answers you need before leaving. Get direct phone numbers and emails if you want a response.

UPDATED 3/4/2026 - Here we are 44 days later, 6+ weeks. My temp tags are set to expire tomorrow. I don't have my plates yet, and according to the Arizona MVD the vehicle has not even been registered in my name yet. Apparently, they want to keep the vehicle. Some body better fix this quick or it's coming back.
