We went to Versatile to get a car and spoke with Suleman. He seemed like a nice person. We also went to check out a Mercedes-Benz, and we really liked the car. Before buying, we asked about the car’s condition — especially the tires — and he assured us that the car was in good condition and that everything, including the tires, was fine.

We trusted him and decided to purchase the car. However, the very next day, the tire pressure warning came on. When we called Suleman, he told us to just fill the air. We did that, but for the next two to three days, the air kept dropping. When I took the car to Mercedes, they informed me there was a nail in the tire that couldn’t be repaired and that all four tires needed to be replaced, costing around $2000

This was very disappointing — buying a car and immediately having to spend that much doesn’t make sense. He should have been honest and told us the tires needed replacement before we made the purchase.

To make matters worse, another message appeared on the screen saying “Restraint system malfunction — service required.”

This experience has been very frustrating, and I feel misled. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled and will definitely not recommend Versatile to any of my friends or family.

I just bought my EQE 350 SUV from here. I am pleased to say the staff  here is  extremely friendly And welcoming with the exception of a young man named hayyan he was not pleasant. But Will the finance guy was able to get me an excellent interest rate and was super helpful throughout the whole process and I appreciate him greatly. Walter and the owner the owner of this lot were very friendly and super helpful as well.. There’s a gentleman by the name of Suleiman, he  has  such a great spirit about him. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a truck from them a week ago and the process was soo easy and painless! Doc is definitely the guy you want to work with! I was having an issue my key fob and he did everything he could to get me a new one made! Will definitely do business here again if ever in the market for another car!

Considering your 13+ years in the business of selling cars, I find it extremely concerning that I was allowed to leave your lot with bald tires. This is not only a safety hazard but also reflects poorly on the level of service and due diligence I expected from an experienced dealership.

I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to both you and your manager to discuss a resolution—specifically, the replacement of the tires. I understand the responsibility that comes with test-driving a vehicle, and I did so within reasonable limits, respecting both the speed limit and the fact that the vehicle was not yet mine.

Unfortunately, the condition of the tires was not immediately apparent during that limited test drive.

I inquired about a vehicle online and got a response by telephone in a matter of minutes.   The dealership has a low key, no frills appearance but that shouldn't steer you away from this dealership.  Rusty assisted me in the sales process.  He wasn't pushy and I feel like he was honest.  We hit a snag with my financing due to a transmission glitch with the application due to the lenders program.  Will worked tirelessly until it was resolved and I got the deal I was looking for.  My car was low mileage and a newer model year and was priced very competitively.  They charged very minimal fees compared to my last auto purchase.
