We bought our first van for our business here. I was looking a car for months and they were able to give me the best deal. They have competitive prices.
We also had a small issue with the bad s few weeks after and it was already out of the warranty, but they took care of everything for us. 100% recommended

Was laid off from my job and I fell behind on my payments. I get a email and text saying we can help you out during tough times but when I call they didn’t help out at all. They made it even worse than before with the situation. Nothing but lies with them and they don’t want to help you to fix the problem. Once I pay this car off I will no longer go through Capital One Auto finance. They are horrible with trying to help their customers when a situation comes up.

We were sold a truck with a lot of issues (smoking black then white upon starting & driving) that we identified in the first week; they took it to their own mechanic who would not share any findings or details of what diagnostic work was done (nothing was found). The problem continued, we shared videos, and again they took it to another of their mechanics who would not talk to us or share any diagnostic work done. We brought to our mechanic who has been systematically fixing things; we are now looking at a possible blown head gasket. I would not recommend. I wish I didn't have to give them the one star.

Traded in my Acura TSX 2 weeks ago for a 2020 Honda Odyssey and the team here was so nice and made sure I was happy with car and made the transaction easy. Honda odyssey drives great and I will shop again with this dealership.

The photos I provided clearly illustrate minimal damage, which in no way impacted the engine or overall functionality of the vehicle. Additionally, it is concerning that you chose to overlook the documented evidence I presented, instead choosing to dismiss it outright.
Moreover, the matter of dashboard dimming, a crucial detail that was not disclosed prior to purchase, raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of your business practices. The failure to disclose such a significant issue indicates a lack of due diligence on your part, and further aggravate  the frustrations I have experienced with the vehicle. During our conversation, you attempted to blame the car’s issues just on the mileage and accidents. This dismissive attitude is not only unjustified but also undermines your credibility as a professional in the automotive industry. Furthermore, I find your request for the removal of my review in exchange for repairs to be very inappropriate and unethical. It is unacceptable to attempt to manipulate customers into retracting honest feedback in exchange for resolving issues that should have been addressed from the outset.
In light of these concerns, I provided the contact information for my mechanic in the hopes of resolving the issues caused by your company's lack of transparency and honesty. However, to date, no action has been taken to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience and frustration I have endured. I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service and business ethics. Your failure to address these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner reflects poorly on your company and undermines the trust and confidence of your customers.
