We bought our first van for our business here. I was looking a car for months and they were able to give me the best deal. They have competitive prices. We also had a small issue with the bad s few weeks after and it was already out of the warranty, but they took care of everything for us. 100% recommended
Was laid off from my job and I fell behind on my payments. I get a email and text saying we can help you out during tough times but when I call they didn’t help out at all. They made it even worse than before with the situation. Nothing but lies with them and they don’t want to help you to fix the problem. Once I pay this car off I will no longer go through Capital One Auto finance. They are horrible with trying to help their customers when a situation comes up.
We were sold a truck with a lot of issues (smoking black then white upon starting & driving) that we identified in the first week; they took it to their own mechanic who would not share any findings or details of what diagnostic work was done (nothing was found). The problem continued, we shared videos, and again they took it to another of their mechanics who would not talk to us or share any diagnostic work done. We brought to our mechanic who has been systematically fixing things; we are now looking at a possible blown head gasket. I would not recommend. I wish I didn't have to give them the one star.
