Wonderful experience! Everything was right on time. Didn't have to wait in line to have my car's annual checkup.
The waiting area was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service manager couldn't have been nicer. When I went to pick up my car after servicing was completed, I was totally surprised with a shining, clean car! It had been hand washed and vacuumed on the inside!
All this at no charge to me! Wow!
I will definitely go back there again!

From the phone call to make my service appointment to the actual appointment, I found Auto Nation staff to be friendly and professional.  I only needed to rotate my tires but I'm still learning about driving electric and want to be sure my car/investment is serviced by techs familiar with EVs.  I appreciate that the actual service was completed quickly, and the car wash was a pleasant surprise.  The cost was reasonable too!

Bought a truck and originally thought they had good customer service since they offered to bring the truck to us and sign paperwork at our house. The service stopped there. As a 100% disabled vet the plates and registration are free for us, we paid AutoNation about $200 to send in the paperwork, we stressed the need to get the right plates (handicap). We asked repeatedly that the proper handicap plates be ordered. We were assured it was all taken care of. Our contact attempts were completely ignored once the signatures were done. We also only received 1 key fob for a 2025 truck, again completely ignored when contacted about getting a 2nd one. If you are active duty or a veteran do yourself a favor and skip this dealership. Plenty of better options in the DMV. The person that we dealt with and ignored us after the sale was Josh who is apparently the finance manager. We have purchased a few trucks from Koons over the years and should have stuck with them, we know better for the future.

We live in New York, but my son attends college 3 hours away at Loyola University Maryland. He started getting alerts for a low battery on his key fob last week and wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible. He looked up the closest service center and found yours only 10 minutes away from his apartment. In under an hour, he left there with a replaced battery and peace of mind. As parents and owners of 2 Chevy vehicles, we appreciate your attention and quality service.
