We purchased an Ioniq 5 here and are very satisfied with the vehicle. It was in great condition, clean, and smelled great. The whole purchase process was straightforward and the atmosphere was comfortable and not high-pressure. Michael C was the one helping us out. He quickly got us into the vehicle for a test drive. He was very respectful, patient, and easy to work with. He walked us through all the paperwork smoothly. The managers were great too. The photo shoot with the ribbon is a nice touch at the end!

Michael provided an exceptional car-buying experience! From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, respectful, and thorough in addressing my needs. But anyways keeping this 2stars review because he toldme  to wait till 6months before canceling the GAP insurance on my auto Loan, and then my lender told me that I can cancel it anytime or if i want it or not while signing the contract. Keep calling them regarding this but they keep telling me that the person is not there, busy with another customer etc. call on holds everytime. So frustrating
