Description

Classic 1970s Smith Corona Classic 12 Manual Portable Typewriter in a great looking two-tone teal blue and crisp white finish. This is a legendary, heavy-duty mechanical "workhorse" typewriter built to last, making it perfect for writers, collectors, or as a unique display piece. Features the wide 12-inch carriage, a full standard QWERTY keyboard, a dedicated "1" key, and Smith Corona's unique "Power Space" and "Error Control" keys built right into the spacebar. Details & Condition: Brand: Smith Corona (SCM) Model: Classic 12 (Manual, no electricity needed) Cosmetics: Great vintage condition. Body is very clean, paint is vibrant, and the keys are bright and fully legible. Mechanics: Carriage moves freely, the bell rings, and the keys strike. (Note: Will likely need a fresh $5–$8 ribbon for crisp, dark everyday typing). Case: Includes the original rugged black hardshell carrying case with a secure working latch and handle. Local pickup preferred
