A couple weeks ago my daughter and I drove from the Kansas City area to Downers Grove to meet the owner of Milestone Motors who we had been speaking with the previous day on the phone.  He helped us out with everything we needed help with on the phone.  He got right back to us every time we talked or needed some info and was very nice and courteous.
