  • A couple weeks ago my daughter and I drove from the Kansas City area to Downers Grove to meet the owner of Milestone Motors who we had been speaking with the previous day on the phone. He helped us out with everything we needed help with on the phone. He got right back to us every time we talked or needed some info and was very nice and courteous. The next morning we drove to meet him and see the SUV. I was there to help my daughter since it was her first time buying a vehicle. I checked out the vehicle thoroughly and Tony was very helpful, courteous and professional the whole time. My daughter is very happy with her new vehicle and I'm very happy as well. It was a great experience the entire time. I was very happy with the customer service we received. We also had a good time talking about all sorts of things. Tony seems like a great person.
