One of the worst most dishonest car dealers I have ever dealt with! These guys are absolute liars. I was sold a car that broke down on me 30 minutes after I purchased it. A bunch of warning lights came on the dash board after only 20 minutes of driving. They claimed to know nothing about it. They said they would pay for the repairs but now they disappeared and won’t answer my calls. I had to spend over $1000 on repairs. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you because these are very dishonest people. I will be taking them to court.

Stop with the lies…. You did reach back out after you ignored my calls for days and after I threatened to take you to court. I had to call you from a different number for you to finally answer. You said the car was already inspected so why would I go back to the same mechanic? I don’t live by the dealer and that would be an inconvenience. I think what I suggested was fair. I gave you an invoice for the cost of the repairs and you were only willing to pay got a fraction of the cost. A GOOD used car dealer doesn’t have these kind of issues and are not as deceptive as you. That’s why you’re lying in your response. So many people on here have had the same bad experience as me. Btw, I have to replace the hybrid battery on the car I just bought from you. Pathetic.

Beware of this place! Went to test drive a couple cars. Gave us no prior background or history on the car we wanted. We attempted to test drive a 2017 Honda civic and the stench was horrible. It smelled like mold and mildew.
Moved no more than 5 ft and the brakes were screeching. If we would’ve driven this car on the road, I don’t know what could’ve  happened. Customer service was awful and we had better luck next door.

I bought a 2008 Subaru Forester from Car Planet Exchange. The people working there were nice, professional, and made my first time buying a car stress free. They have a 15 day/ 500-mile warranty, I took the Subaru to my family mechanic. He told me that it was a great deal considering the brakes were just replaced, no rust under the car, and overall, a great buy. I would highly suggest going to this dealership. Thank you

Sort version not story DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! They will fake it till you sign. I won’t recommend this company they are not honest! THEY CLEAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, ask to see the car without an appointment so that they do not have time to cover issues. If you go to look at a car that was supposed to be there and it so happen to be in the shop and they cannot offer another car for you to look at, do not worry they are just busy hiding problems. I also asked can I return the car they expressed naw we don’t do returns. If you get a car here I highly suggest you bring your Mechanic and don’t rush the sell.

This dealership is great they will work with you and they have good warranty also. All three workers who was there was kind. They had snacks and drinks also which is a plus.

During the sell I asked Jib-ran is there anything wrong with the car that I should be worried about he said no, not that he knows of. My brother mentioned to him the breaks are bad can you replace them before she takes the car. Jib-ran expressed that he just changed the breaks the car has just been sitting for a while.

1/2/24 I noticed water leaking from my son’s bag with this game in it going through the trunk. I take it out it is no water bottles it did not rain it was a nice weather. (Check the forecast) It was water in my trunk.

I noticed my check engine light came on as was taking my daughter to school. I look in my trunk to see a pond of water. So am mad I go take the car back here, the guy who sits in the middle says it is like that from the car getting detailed, am like in my head knowingly that was false. So they got a worker to use the sump pump to clean the water out of the trunk.

I took the car to the shop I get inspected. It’s a list of things wrong with the car codeP020, Catalyst system below efficiency and it was replaced last year 9/2023. So how is there a problem now they do not know. My back breaks are at 3%. Tune up as never been done before on the car. My car as has two leaks that idk were from that is my main concern.

I email and call Planet Car Exchange about the issues and they expressed that they suggest for me to wait the 15days until my warranty expires and for me to call the GAP insurance company that I pay $600 for as if am not paying for it. But also GAP insurance does not cover theses issues. I expressed ok I will re review the paperwork with my parents and I will talk to you again.

Still before my 15 day warranty is up. I walk into the dealership this time no greetings it is just hey can I help you. Like the vibe is only talking because it is my job but I am not about to help you. So I explained the same thing I expressed over the phone and showed the the information that was wrong with the car and what is on the warranty that the car is under. They expressed to me that I was wasting my time there and that the car is sold to me as is. The IMPLIED WARRANTY IS AS IS THE DEALER DON’T HAVE TO FIX THINGS THAT NEED REPAIRED WHEN YOU SIGN THE TITLE ITS YOURS!!! ALSO DON’T GET THAT GAP INSURANCE THEY WONT HELP EITHER.
